GIFTS OF SECURITIES
There are substantial tax savings for donors who choose to donate publicly traded securities (e.g. shares, bond, mutual funds) as an alternative to cash.We maintain a brokerage account with Merrill Lynch and have experienced consultants who can you help to decide if the gifting of securities is right for you.
IN-KIND GIFTS
BLUE will gladly accept gifts-in-kind that fit with our mission & benefit our programs and initiatives. Real Estate, Artwork, Vehicles, etc. can help to contribute to meeting the needs of BLUE. The gift must be appraised so that the donation receipt can be issued for the gift’s fair market value.

We will introduce a sustaining endowment program in 2010.
